What materials are GOT BAG products made from?
Our bags are crafted from Ocean Impact Plastic. We collect plastic waste from the ocean and coastal areas, which is then recycled into high-quality polyester yarn to create our durable, water-resistant fabrics.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Are your bags waterproof?
Most of our products feature a high-performance PFC-free coating that makes them highly water-resistant. While they can withstand heavy rain, they should not be fully submerged in water.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your bag has a functional issue due to production, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
How should I clean my GOT BAG?
We recommend hand washing your bag with lukewarm water and a mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as this can damage the recycled fibers and waterproof coating.
