Prepare the Package

Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
